I wanted to have a larger water heater installed in my home. I called Direct Energy on a Friday after work (around 6pm). They scheduled a technician to come to my home the next day (Saturday) between 8am-11am to diagnose and see if anything else other than the water heater was needed. The Technician arrived at 8:30 am, did what he needed to do and told me that once the paperwork arrived I would get a call to book the installation of the water heater. I expected a call back sometime on the following Monday or Tuesday. I got a call back within a half hour and got an appointment booked for that same day between 12pm-4pm (on a Saturday!!!). Talk about efficient service. Two technicians came to my home to install the water heater were courteous, friendly, respectful and very helpful. They arrived earlier than anticipated (they were ahead of schedule and called at 10:30 am with a quick courtesy phone call to let me know that they would be arriving within 10 minutes. They installed the water heater with the utmost efficiency and explained how to operate it, what to expect with respect to how long it would take before I had hot water. they cleaned up after themselves, laid a carpet runner down in my front foyer to make sure that they didn't make a mess with wet snowy boots (the morning they arrived there was a snow storm). I was very impressed with them both and I would definitely recommend their services again. I was extremely impressed with the entire turnaround of less than 24 hours. Way to Go Direct Energy, you guys ROCK!

All this cost me an additional $4.00 per month added to my Enbridge bill...
