Horrible customer service NO REPLY FOR 5-6-7 TIMES

This ENERCARE people and company is HORRIBLE.
After us forcibly transferred automatically from ENBRIDGE this people (ENERCARE) charges people for incorrect charges.
Even after I cancelled their horrible protection plan, they keep on sending me bills for that. ALSO I HAVE TO SPEND MORE THAN 8-9 HOURS ON PHONE TOTALLY FOR THE LAST 3-4 MONTHS, the issue is NOT solved and they keep BILLING ME TWICE.
