Designer Perfect Upholstery

Update: Today I received another email saying that I need to pay 50% deposit on the material upfront. Which I was OK with. They asked for this in cash or an e-transfer. That I am not OK with. Now, they are coming back and saying the supplier doesn't have the material I need and no guarantees when they will have it. So they want my 50% upfront, in cash and they will get me the material whenever. They said I'm welcome to buy it somewhere else.

Not sure how a business like this stays open. be warned that these other reviews are not as they seem. Same with Google.

I was in today for a quote. I was quoted one price in the store and a completely different one later on when I spoke with somebody else. Prefer to deal with a stand-up company, not a hole in the wall place like this. I'm sure they do great work but their customer service is very lacking. The lady that I spoke with was not very knowledgeable. Kind of ran around. Not sure what to do. Twice I offered money and both times she told me she would get back to me with a quote and now I know why.

Wow! Eric upholstered my tired looking love seat with a tiger striped fabric and it came out amazing, absolutely fabulous!!

The pattern repeat on this type of fabric must be precise and was impeccable, to the "T". From the top cushions right down to the bottom. Just beautiful!

Eric from Designer Perfect did an amazing job with the chairs & even made some pillows with the leftover material he used to upholster the chairs. The finished product looked great!
