Decorium

We purchased what we were told was a leather office chair from Decorium, when the chair material started to crack and the chrome started peeling off I called the store manger Phil. I had to call three times before he returned my call. When he finally spoke with me I told him the situation and that I wanted to confirm the chair was leather. When Phil checked with the manufacturer he said it was leatherette, yet on my bill it stated the chair was leather. I was very upset because I trusted the salesperson at Decorium when I purchased this $499.00 chair that it was leather as they indicated, so I wanted to speak with the store owner Howard and he has never called me back. This company falsely advertised a product and didn't care enough to speak with me to resolve this matter. I would never buy from this store again.

just wanted to thank you again for all your help with the furniture we bought from Decorium. We received the final shipment this past weekend and love all the pieces we bought. Also want to let you know the deliveries went very smooth and your delivery men were great and very helpful.

I wanted to express my thanks and appreciation of the help my partner and I received from Stephen Shereck when we made a few purchases at Decorium for our new home. We have Decorium furniture in our current home, and decided to take advantage of some of the recent Decorium sales to purchase new furniture for our new home, which we move into in June.
Stephen was extremely helpful and always responsive, and was diligent in making sure that we were satisfied with our shopping experience, even after we left the store. We are grateful that he was very understanding of our situation and exactly what we were looking for, and we really appreciate that he was diligent and followed up on matters for us. We know that it is not often that compliments are paid to sales staff, but only complaints. So please pass on our thank you to Stephen. Because of him, we will be sure to continue shopping at Decorium.

I just wanted to tell you what a great experience I had picking up my table. Chris in receiving was amazing as was the rest of the team there. They met me with smiles and were so polite and thoughtful. The entire team made the pick up easy and I will without a doubt be a return customer. I redid my living room furniture and my dining room furniture a couple of months ago. I think among all furniture stores in Toronto Decorium had the best modern furniture. I love the sectional I got from there.

The worst experience of my life. Bought a mattress from there, upon delivery there was a stain on it. The store accuses me of staining the mattress when I haven't even used it, and refuses to replace my mattress with a new one.

in reply to the comment below, the cleaning service was offered at the cost of the consumer. after much argument, the company only agreed to pay for half of the cleaning service. The mattress cost about $1000. I didn't think it was reasonable for me to pay for the cleaning service at any amount, when the stain was on the mattress upon delivery. The delivery person never mentioned what we were signing for after receiving the shipment. So to all the shoppers out there, please carefully inspect your furniture before signing for anything!! Happy shopping.

Had another wonderful experience with this company. The 2 delivery guys were really top notch and solidified my decision to purchase from them. From the sales to delivery and setup nothing but a great experience. Ricky and his delivery partner were great!!!

Decorium store are able to effectively engage key decision makers at a conceptual level. They delivered on time and were a pleasure to deal with. All great quality pieces as promised and they have given my house a unique and personalised feel that I love.
