We purchased what we were told was a leather office chair from Decorium, when the chair material started to crack and the chrome started peeling off I called the store manger Phil. I had to call three times before he returned my call. When he finally spoke with me I told him the situation and that I wanted to confirm the chair was leather. When Phil checked with the manufacturer he said it was leatherette, yet on my bill it stated the chair was leather. I was very upset because I trusted the salesperson at Decorium when I purchased this $499.00 chair that it was leather as they indicated, so I wanted to speak with the store owner Howard and he has never called me back. This company falsely advertised a product and didn't care enough to speak with me to resolve this matter. I would never buy from this store again.

While we strive to provide the most accurate information on all our products in this case the manufacturers catalogue was incorrect by saying leather when it was not. We use our suppliers catalogues as a resource for our price ticketing and this is why this error occured. We did speak several times regarding this matter. If we did not look after our clients we would not be able to have been in business for over 27 years.
