I had a problem with my couch, but for the first time in a while I am very satisfied with the service I received. The problem was addressed promptly and everybody is so helpful at Decor-Rest Furniture. I would recommend Decor-Rest to everyone and anyone around me. Great service and I am happy again. Thank you!

Furniture review in Vaughan

After waiting 10 weeks for the sofa of my dreams I was so upset and disappointed. They said they had to order a new roll of material but forgot to tell me it might be off in color. The color I ordered was like an ash grey or owl grey. The sample material had a a name stapled to it attraction silver. Well they should have known something was wrong but I trusted them.The color I chose is a cool color and the color I got is warm.It is like an eggshell color.And if I want to send it back I loose 30%.Omg. So mad and disappointed . I was ready to buy more furniture but now NEVER
Heard so many good things about decor rest. I was fooled. They seemed so nice.
