I've been with this company for many years. Their cost for start-up and blow-out without complications is a competitive $100 or so. However, last spring there was a leak in a zone that required some re-wiring, etc. The technician was new to my property, despite the fact that I specifically requested one who was familiar with the property by name, and waited a month specifically for him. The technician wandered around the property for I don't know how long before he came to my door to tell me that he couldn't locate the box in the ground where the zone was wired, and asked me if I knew where it was, otherwise he would have to leave. I did know- he seemed to assume that I did not know. He fixed the problem, but as they bill by "time" and materials, I think I overpaid for his inexperience. I was bothered by the fact that (1) they did not send me the person that I requested and waited a month for, and (2) they sent an inexperienced technician who took longer than it should have, and I ended up having to pay for his time wandering around the acreage.
