Elliot and his team were excellent! This review is long overdue as the work was completed in October. The whole process went very smoothly, including the installation -- which was tricky. The framing of our house isn't what you would call "stellar" so they had to make adjustments to the shelving. I like the product, and there is flexibility as the kids' grow and their needs change we can change the configuration around (more hanging space, fewer shelves).
