Brian's team did excellent work for us, yet again. Timely, efficient, flexible - it was all there. The job turned out to be more than anticipated due to problems hidden in the walls, but Cummins Restoration did everything that was needed to fix the problem and improve the value of and safety of our house. They were a pleasure to work with.

We had a great experience with Brian Cummins Restoration. Brian came to our home on the day of our emergency when bricks began collapsing from our home during a window installation! in our basement He is reasonable, very approachable and very laid back. Brian was at our home promptly and understood our emergency situation. His reaction to my call was great and he was there to help us immediately! . Brian has a great attitude and is a very honest, committed man to pleasing his clients. Dave, who looked after our disaster was outstanding not only as a worker but as a person too. Very helpful, polite and truly worked so hard to make us happy with the results! Dave is knowledgeable and his input and completed results are amazing. I would use Brian and Dave without any hesitation and highly recommend this company. Above all, I would use Cummins restoration for other work that needs to be done down the road without even a question. We were extremely happy with the results of Cummins Restoration and Brian and Dave of course. Our house looks better than ever now. Thank you Cummins Restoration for everything!!!!

Job was completed with a quick turnaround and the cost was very reasonable compared to another estimate. If there was one thing that separates Cummins from the rest is the attention they pay to communication through emails or phone, never leaving us waiting. We were very satisfied with the restoration work.

My wife and I thought they did an extremely great job,very professional and always kept us informed as to what was going on...Brian always returned our phone calls or emails promptly...where as other contractors that I have dealt with in the past,have not done that as timely as Brian.
