Contacted Muhammad when a broken tree branch dislodged hydro wires from house. Due to recent storm there was a shortage of mounting brackets (clevis) in city but he spent the time and found one. On initial visit, he came prepared with a binder carrying his certifications and pricing for various services, supplying estimate and explanations. He is certified with ESA and Toronto Hydro so was able to co-ordinate his time with cutting of power line by the city. He arrived and performed his magic, upgraded several features to meet current safety codes, and contacted hydro to reconnect power line. He then supplied me with approved ESA Certificate of Acceptance. Hydro crews were busy that day and as night approached he expedited service again with hydro so that this customer with mobility issues could move around his home after dark with electric lights.
