They also botched the delivery date - after promising everything would be delivered by our move-in date, we're still waiting for the range to be delivered. And the dishwasher is sitting in a box in my hallway - three days after it was supposed to be installed. The fridge is installed but the water line is sitting in a coil on the floor. My kids are getting a little too accustomed to take-out thanks to the broken promises of this company. How much do you have to spend to get decent service these days?
