Craftsman sent Wayne over to take the order and do all the measurements. He was very nice and extremely professional. A few weeks later, Mitch arrived to do the install. He was also pleasant, installed quickly and cleaned up thoroughly.
The shutters look great and operate wonderfully. We’re gonna order more next year.

We have also recommended craftsman shutters to all of our friends and family to whom some have used and have been extremely happy as well. We had custom build shutters and blinds built for our new windows. We were very happy with the customer service, the installation and the product.

Wayne and his team did a great job quoting and installing shutters on all windows and sliding doors on my main floor in stouffville. Turn around was quick (approx 2 weeks) and when I had a small issue with one shutter they fixed the issue promptly.

I am very satisfied with the job Craftsman Shutters did in our house. The job was fairly small - only five panels. Chris came and measured all windows. Explained very well what my options would be having old window frames. The job was installed 2 weeks later and results are more than satisfactory. I ended up with clear view 3.5 inches shutters that look gorgeous. I would with no hesitation recommend Craftsman Shutters and Blinds.

The sales rep Wayne came to my home and measured all of my windows, showcase for all of their products and explained the features and benefits of the different types of blinds and shutters. He had samples on hand and really knew what I was looking for to accomplish the stylish look of my home. It took about 2 - 1/2 weeks from the check measure to installation and I was very pleased with the finished product.
