I heard a big pop 2 days ago and knew it was the air cond that went. My sister used Cozy and said they did a great job for her few years ago so I decided to call to see if someone can come ASAP as I have an aging mother with me and hard for her to tolerate the heat. Boris contacted me a short while later and he said someone will come the next day to replace both the air cond and the furnace since both are pretty old anyway.
Kam and Valy came early and was able to complete the job in no more than 6 hours. Everything was cleaned up and they were careful also especially with the covid 19 situation.
I am so glad that I have Cozy World did the job, the price is totally reasonable. I will certainly recommend this company to anyone and now Cozy will be in my directory as a go to with anything relating to furnace and air cond!
