I am incredibly happy and completely satisfied with the whole experience!
Firstly the furnace is fantastic, its quiet, heats the whole house quickly and the new technology allows me to incorporate the humidifier and will make the whole house warmer with the modulating feature.
Farhad assessed what I needed, walked me through all appropriate options and answered my questions. He even helped with setting up the energy audit. He also rescheduled the install when i had a work conflict. He is helpful, professional, knowledgeable and understanding and really makes the whole process effortless. The pricing was very reasonable of the 5 quotes i received.
Saeed the installer was fantastic. Treated my house like his own. Went above and beyond in the install to seal extra slots, replace a clogged elbow and some rusted metal housing. It is clear that the company works together as a team because Saeed knew everything Farhad and i spoke about and addressed all of them.
Thanks for all the work! Will gladly refer anyone i know to your company and will be calling when i replace my air conditioner.
