Thank you for full explanation of the equipment you installed with out of typical "sales and marketing tricks". I didn't have any problem to trust you. You were very helpful coming twice and give me advice even not charging for the visits. Once it was replacement of the part which you arranged with the producer of furnace as a guaranty service.
