I obtained a few quotes to replace my furnace and A/C unit. Cozy World was not the cheapest, but was reasonably priced. What made me ultimately decide on Cozy World was how responsive and accommodating Farhad was. He is always accessible by phone or text, he showed up on time to our appointment, and was very thorough in explaining the options.
Saeed installed both our furnace and A/C. He did a great job moving the A/C unit from the back of the house to the side of the house. All of the piping and cabling was neatly managed and looked very professional. After he was done, he took some time to explain the work that he did as well as potential issues I should look out for. You could tell that Saeed took pride in his work.
I would highly recommend Cozy World for the great customer service and quality of work.
