New furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, filter, condensate pump
Boris is a very knowledgeable person who did an excellent job explaining the equipment we needed and size that we needed. The job was done by two very efficient hard working men. They even continued to work even when we had a power outage for an hour in the neighbourhood. After another contract for the same equipment was quoted to us at $4,000 more, we got out of it the next day and went with Cozy World. The equipment is very efficient and works great. We are very pleased.
This installation was done in summer 2010. On one of the hotest days in the summer 2011, the air conditioner stopped working. I looked outside and the wire to the unit made a large spark when touched. We did not have air conditioning for about 24 hours. Fred the intaller came in the evening and made a repair - it was minor but caused the unit to short out. There was no cost to me. I am pleased overall even though it was inconvenient and uncomfortable for 24 hours.
