Boris spent the time to visit us, inspect, advise and sat down with us to discuss what he suggested we needed. They were flexible with our timing (we had to reschedule once) and came in and completed the job in one day. Kam and his installation team were wonderful. They were friendly, and very, very clean. They even took the time to move a refrigerator into the furnace room prior to installing the new furnace. They vaccumed the area before and after, spent time teaching us how to use the new HVAC system, and were finished by 3 pm.

I would recommend Cozy World in a heartbeat. They were reliable, honest, and delivered what was promised, and even more. I felt very comfortable leaving this job up to this team.
