Boris and his team are FANTASIC. A true pleasure to work with. Boris was able to come over immediately to quote for a Lennox AC system and installed it a few days later. He walked me through the process and explained how we've turning works. He even gave me tips on how to be more efficient and get rebates. Boris personally called me to check on his team during the installation process and emailed me a number of times after to make sure that I was happy with the work that was done. I would recommend Cozy World to anyone.
Boris and his team are polite, knowledgeable and take a lot of pride in their work.
