The furnace and AC were perfect for our small house and there was no attempt to sell me something too big for my needs. You can keep your big players in the furnace and AC world. I like the smaller guys who look you in the eye when they deal with you. They all use basically the same good products -- we got Lennox -- so it's price and service that make the difference. Cozy World adapted to my needs. I checked Homestars reviews before I called them. They were right.
