New water heater and softener, and routine maintenance
We have used Cozy Comfort Plus for ten years, for routine annual service of furnace and A/C. We recently had them replace our hot water tank with a tankless system. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Brian gave very helpful advice about different options, and they took care of details including increasing the natural gas capacity to our house, and installing an additional exhaust line. We've had the tankless system for a couple of months and are very happy. We highly recommend Cozy Comfort Plus.
