Salesman was very knowledgeable, not pushy for a sale, offered a couple of no charge option.
Insulation was very timely, installers where friendly, knowledgeable, explained the fireplace operation, cleaned up
Whole experience was pleasurable.
Cant comment on the performance of the fireplace as it was installed in the spring, and not used as yet.
