Our furnace broke down on the morning of Christmas Eve and I thought it would be difficult to get someone to come out during the holiday seasons but we also did not want to freeze to death. I saw good reviews for several heating contractors but what made me call Cosmopolitan is the fact that they take calls 24/7 and they really did. They picked up the call immediately - did not need to leave a voicemail. They arranged a technican to come out on the same day. Our technican was very patient and explained to us how the furnace works etc without us having to ask. Usually I hesitate about trusting online reviews but I am happy to report that Cosmopolitan did do an excellent job and we will recommend them to others (hence writing my first ever Homestars review).
