The job consisted in installing a new furnace and ducting for a 1951 bungalow. Living in a house, without heating (only electrical radiators), in October, was not an easy situation to endure for our family.
Arshad was very understanding and sympathetic to our situation, and, even though his schedule was very busy, he and his team managed to finalize the job in 2 days only (typical such job requires 3-4 day to complete), working long hours, including Saturday.
He and Dave, worked diligently, making sure everything was done right, and as per my expectations.
To my surprise, at the end of the first (long) day, the furnace was functional, and even though the entire ducting was not finalized, we enjoyed having the house heated during the night.
Overall, working with Cosmopolitan/Arshad was a pleasant experience and I certainly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new HVAC system.
