Our furnace stop working in the late evening of friday, I called 3 companies out of which only cosmopolitan mechanical respond promptly and arranged to talk to the technician on phone, after trying to resolve the problem on phone he decided to come in and showed up in the time frame he specified. Spend about 55 minutes, change one part and get the furnace going, explain us the reason of part failure and give us beneficial tips to maintain the furnace and avoid problems in the future. I personally recommand cosmopolitan and there technician Arshad for there knowledge and efficient service.
