Lack of response after a complaint
I purchased our A/C from Cosmopolitan 5 years ago and they were excellent to work with. To maintain the extended warranty, I need to have them service the A/C unit yearly. For the past 2 years, the quality of the servicing was very poor. The coils were left filthy both years, which I was specifically told would ruin the unit. When I brought this up to management, they were dismissive and didn't return my calls. Unfortunately I don't think I have a choice to go with another company because of the warranty, but I would not recommend these guys any longer based on their response to this issue.
