We have used Cosmopolitan for about 5 years and they always call to remind us when to service. This time, Ather, the senior technician came and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took care with our AC, furnace and tankless water heater and was very thorough and gave good advice. I will ask for him again in the future! So pleasant to deal with. Thank you.
