i called clasic shutters for a quote and they respond very quick they took measurements and provide with a reasonabley price i proceed and it took them 10 days from the quote with an installation date and the produck is very buityful and i am happy

we call classic for a quote they came out on time they give us a quote while doing so the sale rep was very helpful going through all the windows how the will be installed and that was very nice of him we asked the turn around time and the told me 10 business days on the 8th day the office call and booked a n apportionment to installed our shutters when they finished the work it so fantastic i could not believed how the work was so amazing .

I would suggest anyone thinking of dealing with this company to stay away. It is more like a one man operation. The lady showed up to take measurements and deposit. Promised to have shutters ready in 3 weeks. Which were supposed to match the current shutters on the kitchen windows. She told me I was responsible for finding the matching stain. Which I was unable to and asked her if she could take the sample shutter and do it at her workshop. She refused, saying she was "not a store". After 4 weeks calls me asking if I had the stain for the shutters. I gave her the stain name. After another 2 weeks calls and leaves a message saying, "sorry we cannot make your shutters". Very unprofessional . All I can say is stay away. You might think you are saving a couple of bucks but my advise go with someone reliable. These people are shams.

Last year of July, I installed the shutter, and found close not
properly, then I called classic shutter reported them since they
said 10 years warranty , up to now no people contact me and
fix it. Today, I call them and they said this is service call and
will charge me 80.00 and book the service technician to see it but next week.
I felt very rediculars and i do not know how to handle this matter
and I really want the owner of Classic Shutter call me and

Did the whole house with California shutters. Great people to deal with from the initial contact to elaining the types of materials and sizes of slats. Prompt in keeping appointments for measuring and installing the shutters. Neat and clean, cleaning up after themselves for installation. Highly recommend.

I wasn't really sure I could get shutters for the upper windows in my family room but after calling Clem who assured me it would be no problem at all, I decided to go ahead. Clem came to the house and showed me examples of his work. He suggested the best design and I agreed. Within 2 weeks (which is exactly what he promised) I now have my custom made shutters and they look fantastic. The 'guys' were actually early and had the whole job done in a little more than an hour....and all it cost me was peanut butter cookies. Thanks Clem and the guys...fantastic job...I love the shutters.

From Clemm telling me to come into the shop and surprise them with a visit, then when Charna came out to our house to measure all our windows.
