Clarke Basement Systems

Easy to work with and very quick. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 out of 5 is because what was promised during the sales visit is not exactly what I got. I was told during the sales process that once the crack was repaired they would put the insulation back and tape it up, since they had to cut it to get to the crack. When the installation guy came and did the install, he explained that he couldn't fix the insulation because the FlexiSpan needed 72 hours to set/dry. I completely understand why he couldn't do it, but if can't be done, don't promise it during the sales process. Other than that I would not hesitate to use Clarke Basement Systems again, all staff were friendly and helpful.
