We've called Gus twice this year - once to replace a toilet & once to fix a tap - as always he was quick to get here and get the job done.
City Plumbing has done big jobs & small jobs for us over the past 20 years - from unplugging drains or replacing a faucet to replacing the water/sewage pipes and installing a back flow valve.
Always a great job and would highly recommend them.

Gus came immediately, assessed the situation, and suggested which toilets were best suited for us. Gus is an absolute gift. He has looked after our home on more than six occasions. The latest service call was a blocked kitchen drain. It required a 35-foot snake and nearly two hours of time. I called him on a Thursday at 5:30 pm and he was at our house the very next morning. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and always putting the customer first. Because we live in a section of the city with a lot of mature trees, we have need to call City Plumbing on a regular basis. Gus is exceptionally prompt, always friendly, and up front with what has to be done. Recently we needed Gus to (once again!) clear out roots which were blocking our toilet. In addition, he installed a new toilet. He and his assistant (also a great guy) quickly and efficiently did the job. The cleanup was superb and we know that we got great value for our money. We highly, highly recomend Gus and his company City Plumbing and Mechanical.

Gus has replaced kitchen faucets and a bathroom shower head, as well as fixing a wayward toilet water supply line. He always responds quickly to panic-stricken texts and calls, diagnoses the problem and then shows up to do the fixes very soon after. He gets it done and is a pleasure to deal with, which is rare.

Once again Gus saved me so much heartache, time and money. He identified the problem using his camera, cleaned out the faulty drain pipes and solved the smell by advising me what was causing the issue and what to do about it. Gus and Jimmy saved my butt.
The dishwasher broke in our rental property and thanks to City Plumbing we got a new one intalled 3 days after it broke and on a Saturday.
They arrived on time, actually they were already there when I arrived. They moved quickly, were very clean and efficient and were lovely.
They even did a little electrical work for free.
We even over paid them by accident and they returned the money.
