I called Gus on a Friday night when I ran into a plumbing emergency. He came highly recommended by some neighbors so I went with it. You know that feeling you get when someone comes into your home and you're instantly worried with what they will diagnose? You won't get that feeling with Gus. Gus was kind, friendly, upbeat. knowledgeable - and I immediately knew his intent was to help me quickly, efficiently and with the lowest cost option. Which he did so. He was also kind enough to follow up the next day. I'd recommend him 100%
