Arrived on time and finished within the estimated time

I never had my ducts cleaned after moving into my house in Dec/2019 and they were absolutely filthy. City Duct Cleaning showed up within their time window and completed the cleaning in almost exactly the amount of time they estimated. Allan and Stephen were easy to work with and Marlene was very pleasant as well.
My only complaint is I wasn't aware that my email address would be shared with HomeStars because I didn't use HomeStars to find them.
Overall, it's nice working with people who show up on time and get things done within their time and cost estimates.
