I requested a quote on line in early April 2019 and they had an estimator at my house the next day. I refreshed and accepted their quote in late May and they had a team there, and the job done (in one day), within a week. Thoroughly professional organization.
Only (minor) negative was that they parked their dumpster trailer (for old shingles) on the opposite side of my driveway from the one I requested, but it was gone within 36 hours because they finished the job quickly, so the inconvenience was minimal.
