Saeid and his colleague replaced my homes original (late 1980s) range hood with a brand new model I had bought. The installation was not easy because of the size and weight of the new model and the need for some new electrical wiring, but they figured out ways to resolve the problems and did a very professional job of the installation, including cleaning up afterwards using my vacuum.

I have used Andy's to seal my driveway interlock 4-5 times over the last 20 years and I highly recommend him. He's honest (he once sent me a refund cheque because he decided after the fact that his quote, WHICH I HAD ACCEPTED AND PAID, had been too high!!), timely within the constraints of the weather, and does a good, thorough job. His sealing usually lasts 4-5 years before Mother Nature fights back and vegetation starts to poke through.

I contacted Northwood on short notice, had to ask them to change the appointment date once (again on short notice), and found them very easy to deal with. Nice comprehensive and timely report, preceded by a phone call right after the inspection with the inspector's "big picture" take. The inspector (Kevin) even took the time during the call to make sure I understood the differences, in terms of repair responsibilities, between a strata condo purchase and a house purchase. I would use them again.

I requested a quote on line in early April 2019 and they had an estimator at my house the next day. I refreshed and accepted their quote in late May and they had a team there, and the job done (in one day), within a week. Thoroughly professional organization. Only (minor) negative was that they parked their dumpster trailer (for old shingles) on the opposite side of my driveway from the one I requested, but it was gone within 36 hours because they finished the job quickly, so the inconvenience was minimal.
