Carpet and Upholstery (sectional) cleaning
The service representative was courteous and explained all the pricing details prior to starting the job. He did a thorough job on my couch, cleaning every surface of my large sectional. But it appeared that since it took him longer than expected he rushed the carpet cleaning, which was 2 floors in less than 30 minutes. I was charged $40 for the spot remover treatment but not all of the spots were removed. I emailed the company on their website to discuss the matter but never got a response. I realized afterward that since they charge by the square footage I was being charged for the space underneath my furniture which was not removed nor cleaned. For that price I expected much better service and professionalism. Would not recommend this company.
