Our initial contact was with Hermon, who was most helpful and knew his products very well. We actually had the windows installed a few years ago and I am only now writing this review. The windows are south facing and have been excellent. We are now looking into using them for further services. They were knowledgable and extremely polite. We have seen the insert in efficiency of other installers
