Home Inspections for both my buyers and pre list for my sellers
The home inspection reports are critical in my business of selling Real Estate. It outlines (most) potential or existing problems that are not so visible to many.
The pre list inspection brings my sellers up to date on the workings of the home as well, and can then decide if they wish to make any necessry repairs.
I would never counsel a buyer to waive the home inspection.
