We were very happy with the work that Paul and Andrew provided. Professional from start to finish. Was definitely a great experience as Paul took the time to describe not only their process but how our heating/cooling system functioned in general [which was great as we were first time homebuyers] -- he was more than willing to answer all questions and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied. Both Paul and Andrew were very courteous and respectful -- We look forward to using "Capps" in the future.
