Paul and Joe showed up at my home precisely when they said they would: 9AM sharp. They were personable, courteous and very professional. They made me feel at ease almost immediately.
They walked me through almost every inch of the job and provided simple, understandable explanations for just about everything they did. I even had the opportunity to rummage through the waste where I discovered a Beck's Taxi flyer from 1985. Yikes. That just goes to show you just how much time had passed since these ducts had been cleaned, if ever. It's also a testament to the power of their vacuum. I couldn't believe what came up.
Finally, don't even bother with those cheap sub-$100 jobs where they basically clean nothing and make a bigger mess (see "MarketPlace: When the Repairman Knocks" if you don't believe me). These gentlemen are some of the best at what they do, if not THE best and I'd gladly recommend them to family and friends. It was money well spent.
