Capps did a good job cleaning my ducts. They were fast and courteous. I would have rated them much higher, except they showed up without a ladder that could reach the third floor roof of my townhouse. I made it very clear to Kathy when I booked the job that I had a clogged dryer vent on my roof.

Keith, Thank you very much for leaving us a review here on Homestars. Keith, as we explained to you onsite, we did arrive with a ladder and we did attempt to resolve the issue but, unfortunately we could not safely set up a ladder outside or inside the attic. On that note, we did not charge you for the Dryer Vent Cleaning. We, did compensate you by giving you a free Evaporator Coil Cleaning. We also suggested a roofer to fix the problem, as they would have the proper scaffolding ladder required to get onto the roof safely.
