Windows replaced within two days after a long delay, understandable given COVID but one was the wrong window... And then more problems with a window leaking and the frame shifting and that's when we realized how bad their service was. They came patched the leaky window frame and said oh it's dry and had not brought the correct window foe replacement. The service department gives you the run around and their service delays are huge. They make up stories to justify their poor craftsmanship
EDIT Feb 28: These windows are terrible and their service even worst. Two of the locks on the windows have broken and it takes forever to dispatch someone to address the issue. The service technician (same guy) who comes is very nice but it's patch work. He will adjust everything so that the window closes properly but you have to force it. The wait on service has been 3 weeks and 1 month and half
