Overall we are very happy with our project. Our sales rep Bonnie was courteous and knowledgable. It was also helpful that she was able to provide a quote during her visit and the pricing was quite competitve compared to other companies we contacted.

The time between our order and installation was about 6 weeks, which was what we were told. The installers were professional and efficient, and laid down drop clothes and cleaned up carefully. There were also a couple of quirky elements to the installation but Michael was able to come up with nice solutions. There were a couple minor issues with the installation but everything was completed in one day.

The windows and door look great and we have no concerns about recommending Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to others.

I am very satisfied with the professionalism and courteous nature shown by Michael and his apprentice. They laid down carpets near the window and replaced all my existing windows. I highly recommend them.

I got all new windows (7) and each and every window leaks air in about a 2.5 inch lenghth on two sides of the upper window. The wind that blows makes the window makes it the rooms much cooler. When my cat lays on the window sill and gets up, he feels very cold. Even my 40 year old windows didn't do that to the cat.

I have still trying to get the company to fix the problem. They sent it over the the manufacture that still won't admit ther is a problem with the windows and says it is within the air leakage. He thinks he may be able to do a patch job.

I don't want a patch job and want proper working windows.

The company was good with everything up till I had a problem after the installation.

A friend had recommended Canadian Choice Windows and Doors when we mentioned having a new front door and windows replaced. We gave them a call and the sales rep Alex Davidovitch came by with a large portfolio of various styles and designs for our front door and windows to be replaced. He was extremely accomodating and helpful when it came to choosing what we wanted and taliored to our budget. The crew that arrived were very professional and efficient and the work was done in one day. We were very happy with the results and would certainly call upon them afain for any future work.

my wife wants a bay window in master room but she forgot to ask builder to do it. she called Canadian window and she got it! the window looks very nice as ours is ravine lot. it only took 1 day to install it even we have to paint it by ourselves. now we like it very much.
