The programmable thermostat was installed but they forgot to leave me with a programming manual. I contacted Chris and he was very helpful with giving my instructions and also sent me a replacement manual. Great guys to work with!
When I saw the teak sample hardwood floor they had in the showroom, I knew I needed to have it in my home. I've been to many hardwood stores and not one of them offered this type of wood. If you're the clumsy type that drops things on the hardwood and find that the floors are all dented this is the best material to go for. The saleslady was very courteous, however, the craftsmanship is not the best. But you get what you pay for :)
Did a lot of shopping for a range hood and I found 401home to be very helpful and they didn't pressure me into a sale. They have a large showroom and I was surprised that they also specialized in countertop and cabinetry. Highly recommended to check these guys out
Window replacement at my house
I am very satisfied with the professionalism and courteous nature shown by Michael and his apprentice. They laid down carpets near the window and replaced all my existing windows. I highly recommend them.
