Tony Wong was very honest with his answers on windows and the installation. He was friendly and helpful in the sale process. He helped us to get an the installation date that we need after we went through all the hassel of calling him time after time, he saved us the trouble to take days off for the installation. Overall Tony is a very responsible and friendly sales representative. We went with Canadian Choice because of the product and his service. The installation team measured a window wrong and are comming to fix it, missed some caulking and did not follow the plan very closely.

good windows. oliver is a good representative of your company. he is honest and very reasonable. you should have more employees like him. i would recommend oliver and canadian choice windows to anyone looking for windows and doors.

Manny was awesome! It took them time to measure the windows. Leon and his crew were amazing. And quick. They removed all the old windows and cleaned the premises. Extremely satisfied and have ordered more windows.

Manny was great and did everything we asked. Leon and his crew did a reasonably good job installing the windows, however, they did not clean up after the installation. I had to wash every window (inside and out), every window sill, the wall in my daughter's bedroom and the master bedroom. I had to vaccum the floors under every window that was installed (all 9 of them). I have pets in my house and it is very disturbing that I am still finding screws, nails and pieces of plastic and wood on my front walk way, on my patio and generally all around my entire house. I found pieces of the old windows (a lock) in the grass in the middle of my backyard. Although Many was exceptional as a salesman and went out of his way to accommodate us, I would not recommend this company to our family and friends because of the mess that was left behind by the installers.

I was extremely satisfied with the work Canadian Choice has done at my house. Vlad Nemchuk was my sales representative. He explained everything to me with great clarity and had a very warm and kind demenour. Vlad was always there to answear all of my questions. All of my windows were installed in a timely manner without any problems. I paid about 5,000$ for the windows and was very happy with the overall results. I would highly recommend this company to others!

I was looking for new windows in my house which I got 1 year ago. I got an estimate from Canadian Choice Windows. The sales rep was Max. He was very friendly and explained to me all different options I have. The installer came and did a great job. Max came back to make sure everything is finish well. I would recommend Max and Canadian Choice to all my friends. Fantastic job well done by all.
