An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Manny was great and did everything we asked. Leon and his crew did a reasonably good job installing the windows, however, they did not clean up after the installation. I had to wash every window (inside and out), every window sill, the wall in my daughter's bedroom and the master bedroom. I had to vaccum the floors under every window that was installed (all 9 of them). I have pets in my house and it is very disturbing that I am still finding screws, nails and pieces of plastic and wood on my front walk way, on my patio and generally all around my entire house. I found pieces of the old windows (a lock) in the grass in the middle of my backyard. Although Many was exceptional as a salesman and went out of his way to accommodate us, I would not recommend this company to our family and friends because of the mess that was left behind by the installers.
