Do not buy this brand name - I had a shower unit and the cartridge became defective. They gave me the run around because I could not find the bill or order number? So they said to bad - I send them pictures and the model number. Still not luck - in order to get the part they told me to disassemble the plate and knobs so they can see what parts they are. Wouldnt a manufacturer know what parts went into each model

DO NOT BUY THERE. The faucets were no name and both faucets leaked. Called Reed service and they had no solution so said they would pick them up which they did quickly. Then I had to follow up to get a credit which should have been automatic. They would not cover my cost for installation and removal and they blamed the plumber. I am an interior designer and have used this plumber for years. Lesson learned !!!!

I've made a terrible mistake buying the shower mixer from them on Amazon and ended up NOT PASSING PLUMBING INSPECTION because they don't hold any North American standard certificates. I'm out $800!!! They misrepresent their product saying on their web page "All our product comply totally with US and Canadian specifications and regulations" while their rep. emailed me "The UFG-PA332(it's p/n) does not hold any accreditation or certification." Unfortunately 30 days for the return passed so I can't even return the product. Beware!

P.S. their support in UK time zone, so don't try to call if you're in North America, it's better to email them.

Returned a shower head because my husband was able to repair the old one. Hudson Reed claims to have never received it although I verified with tracking that it was received. Customer service refuses to verify with part number and worse refuses to refund my money. Now they have my $100 AND the part! Did I mention they were extremely rude,too! Will never do business with them again.

Product came in damaged as it was not packed properly. Not a courier packaging as the company shipped the product bare in their own manufacturer box. Not once but 3 times product damaged. delayed my project 5-6 weeks waiting. then gave up. Returned...Try getting a refund...!! even worse. Mass confusion. still short $32.00. Buyers stay away. Even shipping advertised for free. Wait until product arrives at the door. Need more $ to release in Canada !

I recently installed a modern above counter bowl sink in my bathroom. Due to the diameter of the bowl, I wanted a wall mounted faucet that had at least a 7-8 inch spout and a single lever control in chrome. I imagined with the popularity of these sinks this product would be easy to find. After many hours of searching I had two options a tap costing over $800 or a Tec single leaver faucet from a web based company that works out of the UK costing just over $200. Having never ordered anything like this over the internet I was very concerned. I went as far as having my relatives in the UK call the company as well as some contractors. The company has an excellent on-line message service and their own Canada site. The messaging service answerers your questions (although you have to allow for the UK time delay) and emails you the full chat when they reply. The price they quote includes shipping and all taxes. The tap arrived by UPS 2 days early! It was in perfect condition and came with all the Canadian fittings and everything was as spec.
I highly recommend this company even compared with local and US distributers the service is amazing and the discount prices are great!
