I had some water pooling in the basement around my furnace. It turns out my filter was dirty and it caused dirt to accumulate inside the overflow line for the water...
a Technician from Buttons named Jeff serviced the unit. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He patiently explained the cause of the the problem, what he did to remedy the problem and what I need o do to prevent future issues like this. I will definitely will be using Buttons in the future and will be recommending them as well.
