We came across Buttons Heating and Air Conditioning through our local Home Depot, and decided to investigate buying a new furnace through them. Their consultant, Peter, came out to the house, and provided not only a comprehensively detailed plan of what was needed (and not needed) as well as an on-the-spot quote. The installation went exactly to plan, and was very well done, within 6 hours. The installers were polite, and efficient. We were impressed by the fact that the owner's home number is listed as part of the emergency information on the furnace. That is quality and standing behind your product.
