We had been customers since 2017 storing our 32' travel trailer. We went to drop it off to find someone else parked in our spot. I called asking for someone to contact me ASAP. I called again late that afternoon to be told she was too busy to get back to me. I told her the circumstances and my frustration that I could not access it. She replied that everyone was dropping trailers off wherever they wanted and that she was trying to manage it. She went on to tell me her 'company woes' and how mismanaged the system is. I told her that it was not reasonable that she would accept payment from two people in one spot. For that reason, I requested my payment back for the month on account that she had rented my spot, charged me and another customer for it. She told me that she wouldn't "get rich" from my $52. After more heated discussion as I still had no where to park, she hung up the phone on me telling me she would get back to me with a resolution on the space being occupied. I called the following morning and she told me an 80-year old man occupied the space for the past month and she didn't want to move him. She offered me another space despite my having that spot for 3 years. I asked her to terminate our contract. Ultimately, she did refund me 2 months of storage. I suppose if you are ok with dealing with an incredibly unorganized facility and never knowing if your spot is available, it would be ok but it's pretty frustrating to arrive to park and your spot is taken and then be told that someone's been there for a month despite you paying for it. The icing on the cake for me was that my money doesn't mean anything. Do the math - if you take that attitude with all your customers, you won't have any.
