I had heard Steve Brannan on CBC Radio 1 on the noon call-in show about electrical appliance repair and was impressed with his no nonsense approach to repairs. When I realized my freezer was not working I looked him up on the internet and called. He came the next morning and diagnosed and repaired the freezer in less than an hour. He explained what went wrong, how to detect the problem and how to handle the recovery of the freezer. I was reassured and very pleased. Very professional.
